Lets Finish the Last 4 Weeks of 2009 Strong!
When you adopt the finish-strong mentality, you create a level of personal accountability that guides you through critical decision points. I call these decision points finish-strong moments—the points in time when you must decide which path to take. Will you lie down, settle and quit, or will you move forward toward your goal to the best of your ability?

The Lion and The Gazelle
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death.
The moral:
It doesn't matter if you are a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you better be running.

The Power of Direct Sales in a Bad Economy
With the lack of effective results through traditional methods of newspaper, radio, and television marketing, in addition to the rising costs of advertising during a tough economy, more and more businesses are using direct sales as their main source of income. This field has been labeled as “recession resistant” by the Direct Selling Association (DSA). The Direct Sales numbers are growing 4.5 percent on average during this recession period. Many people who wouldn’t have looked at direct sales in the past are taking a second look. It’s not surprising that Worldwide continues to promote growth with help wanted ads in order to add more Fortune 100 clients to their already growing portfolio.

Worldwide Acquisitions Shares Their Ten Step Plan For Success
1. Imagine your future - Begin with the end in mind. Decide what you want and pursue it. We become what we think about. Whatever thoughts dominate our minds most of the time are what we become.
2. Think Positively - People around you pick up on your mental moods and are affected accordingly. Think about happiness, good health and success, and you will cause people to like you and help you, because they enjoy being around you. In order to make positive thinking yield results, you need to develop a positive attitude toward life. Expect a successful outcome of whatever you do, but also take any necessary actions to ensure your success.
3. Set Goals - Starting with the end result and then break it down into smaller, more manageable goals. With short-term and long-range goals, plan not only the actions needed to create results, but the beliefs and attitude it takes.
4. Take Immediate Action - Look at your plan of attack and ATTACK the plan. Get moving now! Plans are meaningless unless followed by productivity.
5. Improve a Deficiency - Most tend to favor and practice the things that come most naturally. To reach your full potential, you must practice and improve your weaknesses too. Pick one at a time and hammer it out. Not only will your game improve, but your confidence as well. Then move to the next. The smallest things often make a huge difference.
6. Control Your Emotions - Opportunity is obstructed by mistakes, frustration, and setbacks. Expect it and embrace it. But don't afford yourself the luxury of complaining. Fill your mind with positive solution-oriented thoughts. Initially it takes conscious effort, but with practice, positive thinking becomes natural.
7. Visualize the Defining Moment - Create a mental image of the success you want to occur. Like a show or movie - play it out in detail. Each series of goals should have its own crowning point - closing your dream house, getting that promotion, etc. Today's dream is tomorrow reality.
8. Persist - No matter what, NEVER give up. You have made up your mind and committed yourself. Your plan is in place and you are emotionally prepared for unexpected situations. Bite down and work hard. Success is in the follow-through.
9. Surround Yourself with Like-minded People - Successful people are more fun and often offer encouragement and useful ideas. Negative people drag you down. Don't waste your time and energy trying to rationalize your ambition to those that have none.
10. Reward Yourself - Once you have earned it, don't be shy. Go shopping for a new suit, get the car you want, go out on the town - you work for a reason - enjoy it!
